陈发科的背景:陈发科的家庭是真正的太极拳世家。他的曾祖父陈长兴(一七七一~一八五三),是杨式太极拳创始人杨露禅(一七九九片十八七三)的老师。杨露禅在陈长兴那里学了许多年,才学到太极拳的真功夫。陈长兴的父亲陈秉旺也是非常出名的太极拳家。陈长兴以保镖(护送货物的保镖)为业,经常来往河南、山东一带,山东的强盗对他非常害怕。晚年的时候,陈长兴在村里办武馆教学生。陈发科的祖父陈耕耘(享寿七十九岁)自幼跟陈长兴学拳,也以保镖为业,曾参加战斗立战功。有一次他保镖至山东莱州府,降服了当地的大盗田尔旺,莱州的百姓出钱立碑纪念他。 一九00年左右,当时在山东省任官的袁世凯(后来任中国第一任总统)看到这碑,请了陈耕耘的儿子陈延熙(享年八十一岁)去教他的儿子们练拳,共教了六年。陈延熙就是陈发科的父亲,陈延熙的太极拳功夫也非常好。陈发科曾讲给他的学生洪均生老师(一九O七~一九九六)听,当陈延熙去教袁世凯的儿子几年后回家,看到陈发科的太极拳功夫大有进步,非常高兴,走到院子中间,身穿皮袍马褂两手插在袖子里,叫他的子侄数人围攻他。众人一接触他的身,他略一转动,众人都纷纷跌地。当

各位,久违了!博克上老没动静,十分抱歉! 在大青山多日,住房的宽带导线有毛病,愚下的电脑智商近乎弱智,以为是没插好接触不良,怎么插也上不了网,才知道是导线的事。还是陈中华大师给我拿来一根新线,才能上网。可是又赶上事多,没法踏踏实实地写点儿东西,直到回到北京才能跟各位聊天。 以前,咱们提过推手的时候有“长胜短”一说,今天就往开了多聊几句。 在这儿,“长、短”指的是双方各自的发力点到作用点的距离。“长胜短”说的是,在不用其它技术而且双方用力大小相同的情况下,距离长一方的会把距离短的一方发出。 举例说,我后脚跟发力,前手推在对方前胸,这脚手之间的距离是一米五;对方也是后脚发力,前手推我,但后脚到前手的距离是一米;两者相较,对方出。 于是,为了取胜,就可以在不加大劲力的情况下,加长自己的距离。比如;对方推挤我,我一觉得抵不住,赶紧把后脚往后再撤半步,对方挤不动,就能合住人家了。 长短是相对而言的。上面说的是加长自家的距离的方法,这个方法连不练太极的人都知道,缩短对方的距离也能取得同样的效果。对方推挤我,我不撤步而是前脚再向前上半步,不但加长了自己,而且缩
