Chen Style TaiJiQuan Practical Method is a unique method created by GrandMaster Hong JunSheng in 1956. Hong was the longest student of Master Chen FaKe from 1928 in BeiJing. Chen Style Taiji is a special form of Martial Art that focus on the art of spiral. In this system, we teach a method of "in with the elbow, out with the hand" exercises. It consists of Positive circle and Negative circle. Chen Style TaiJi has 2 forms. Yilu, the first routine and ErLu, the second routine or sometimes known as Canon Fist.
